Fireproof Trough Cable Tray

Fire-resistant trough cable tray is made by surface-treating galvanized trough cable trays and spraying a layer of fire-resistant coating. Some also adopt double-layer sandwich or internally attached fire-resistant board structures. It can block the spread of fire during a blaze, protect cable safety, and is widely used in fire protection projects such as power, telecommunications, subways, and chemical industries.

The fire-resistant performance utilizes high-quality fire-resistant coatings or materials. Product Structure

- Steel shell: Generally made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, formed through mechanical processing, offering high strength and rigidity to withstand cable weight and external pressure.

- Fire-resistant coating: Composed of polymer synthetic resin as the film-forming substance, with added flame retardants, foaming agents, etc. It expands and foams under high temperatures, forming a carbonized insulating layer.

- Double-layer fire-resistant cover plate: Some fire-resistant trough cable trays are equipped with double-layer cover plates, which provide ventilation and heat dissipation while effectively blocking flames and heat from entering the trough box in case of fire.

- Inorganic fire-resistant trough box: Equipped with an inorganic fire-resistant trough box inside, offering excellent fire-resistant performance. Professional fire resistance tests ensure that cables remain undamaged within a specified time.
